What’s the minimum wall size?
We recommend a minimum of 1.5 m² (approx. 130×115 cm) for detailed designs like portraits and pets. Simple patterns can work smaller — ask us if unsure.
Is this a physical product?
No — this is a digital design service. You receive 4 files by email, then order your glass dot tiles separately using the included material list.

How does it work?

- 💬 Brief — Share your image, dimensions, material requirements, and timeline
- 🎨 Design & Preview — We share a preview for your approval
- ✅ Approve — Revisions until you’re fully satisfied
- 🚀 Production — Full kit produced to your approved specification
- 📦 Delivery — Digital files within 2 business days; physical kit within ~30 business days
What exactly happens after I pay the $20?
Within 24 hours, our project specialist will contact you by email to begin your brief. We’ll ask for:
- Your image or design concept
- Wall dimensions (width × height in cm or inches)
- Preferred material (glass dot tiles / aluminum composite / mesh mosaic)
- Timeline and any special requirements
Once we have your brief, we’ll prepare a pixel art preview for your approval. No production begins until you’ve reviewed and confirmed the design.
What about the $20 fee?
The $20 is a consultation & project initiation fee. If you proceed with the project, it is fully deducted from your final invoice. If you choose not to proceed after consultation, the $20 is retained as a professional consultation fee.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes — a sample kit is available for $10 (shipping at your cost). Email us at hello@8bitclear.com. The $10 is non-refundable but will be deducted from your project invoice if you proceed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. US orders ship free. International shipping is confirmed after project scoping and invoiced separately before production begins. If we don’t hear back within 72 hours of sending a shipping quote, we’ll cancel the order and refund your deposit in full.
Custom Order Policy
All custom orders are final. No returns or exchanges accepted. Every kit is produced to your approved specification. Please review your design approval carefully before confirming production.
