- Submit a clear, well-lit photo — blurry or heavily filtered photos may affect the result
- Minimum recommended resolution: clear enough to see facial features or key details
- We do not accept heavily edited, watermarked, or low-resolution images
🧱 Wall Surface Requirements
- ✅ Suitable surfaces: painted drywall (gloss/semi-gloss), ceramic tile, glass, marble, metal, mirror, melamine board, smooth sealed wood
- ❌ Not suitable for: textured walls, brick, stucco, popcorn walls, wallpaper, oily surfaces, unpainted gypsum, wet or shower areas
- ⚠️ Wait at least 2–4 weeks after painting before applying tiles

📐 Minimum Wall Size
We recommend a minimum wall area of 1.5 m² (16 sq ft) — approx. 51” × 45” — for detailed designs like portraits and pets. Simple patterns can work smaller — contact us if unsure.

Every kit is made to order, built specifically for you. Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns — but we do stand behind every order we send out.
- $50 Design Service: Files are created specifically for your photo. Once design work begins, we’re unable to issue a refund — but if there’s an issue with the files we deliver, we’ll make it right.
- Tile kits: Made to order for your design. If damaged tiles exceed the built-in surplus included in your kit, we’ll replace them — just send photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll assess your claim.
