Q: How do I send my photo after purchase?
A: We'll email you within 24 hours with instructions on how to submit your photo.
Q: How long until I receive my files?
A: Within 2 business days of receiving your photo, all 4 files will be delivered by email.
Q: What's included in the files?
A: Pixel Art File (high-res), Tile Grid Map (numbered placement guide), Before & After comparison, and Material List (exact color codes and quantities).
Q: How do I order tiles after receiving my files?
A: Your Material List includes every color code and quantity you need. Scroll to the bottom of this page to "Shop Tiles by Color" and order by color. We'll also include a direct link in your delivery email.
Q: Should I order all colors at once?
A: Yes — we recommend ordering everything together to avoid color variation between batches.
Q: Do I need any experience?
A: None at all. The Tile Grid Map tells you exactly where each color goes — just follow the numbered grid.
Q: Is this a physical product?
A: No — this is a digital design service. All 4 files are delivered by email. No shipping required.
Q: What's the minimum wall size?
A: We recommend at least 1.5 m² (approx. 130×115 cm) for detailed designs like portraits and pets.
Q: What wall surface do I need?
A: Smooth, flat, clean, and dry surfaces only.
✅ Works on: painted drywall (gloss/semi-gloss), ceramic tile, glass, marble, acrylic panel, metal, mirror, melamine board, smooth wood (sealed)
❌ Not suitable for: textured walls, brick, stucco, popcorn walls, wallpaper, wet or shower areas, oily surfaces, unpainted gypsum
